Data Responsibility
- DigiTech Ware accepts no responsibility for any loss of data, SIM cards, or memory cards. Customers are strongly advised to back up all data and remove SIM and memory cards prior to submitting their device for repair.

Device Testing & Pre-Existing Faults
- If we are unable to fully test your device prior to commencing repair (for example, due to the nature of the fault), DigiTech Ware cannot be held responsible for any additional or pre-existing faults discovered after a successful repair has been completed.

Warranty Coverage
- We provide a 6-month warranty on all repairs and battery replacements.
- Our Warranty:
- Covers only the specific parts that have been replaced by DigiTech Ware.
- Does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or any unrelated faults.
- Is void if the device has been tampered with or repaired by a third party after our repair.

Device Collection Policy
- We will hold all devices for a maximum of 30 days from the date of notification that the repair is complete.
If the device is not collected within this period and no prior arrangement has been made, the device will be recycled, and no liability will be accepted.

- If parts are not in stock and need to be specially ordered, full payment will be required in advance.
Payments made for special-order parts are non-refundable.
